The hotel surprised us in every way, sitting on the main square with an excellent location. The front‑desk staff earned a perfect score, and breakfast was truly comforting. Our room was cozy and the shower was relaxing—well worth the price. A special shout‑out to the receptionists who helped us, both the afternoon and morning shifts. The only downside was a lack of guidance about parking, but everything else ran smoothly afterward.

The location is excellent, in the center, with shops within walking distance; in my room the shower was very good, the bed was soft, and the typical Minas Gerais breakfast was delicious. The TV in the room could work better, the channel access at night is an issue.
