Excellent communication and a stunning view. Nothing to add.
“Overall, Lucia and her daughter were very nice and accommodating. They provided us with things we needed during our stay”
The place felt safe and private, but the elevator was tiny. Breakfast didn’t live up to expectations—it’s run by an outside vendor 100 feet to the left of the property, and the staff there wasn’t very friendly. He handed us a croissant and asked what drinks we wanted; I don’t drink coffee, so he offered only sparkling or still water. I asked for Gatorade next to the water and thought I’d pay extra, but he said I’d have to pay the full amount. I just grabbed some water because I wasn’t happy with his tone and left. We didn’t return for breakfast the next morning since our flight was early.
The view of Vesuvius was nice, but the area was dirty and unsafe. The air conditioning was worse and the sound insulation was poor.
Donna was very helpful and friendly, even though she didn’t speak much English. The room was clean and tidy, and it was a short walk from the train station.
“非常热心的房主,美好的体验!”
The host was a beautiful, enthusiastic woman who went out of her way to help us—thanks a lot! The room was beautifully decorated, showing the host’s great taste. The fridge had a large bottle of water, and there was free breakfast in the morning. The surprise was that you could see Mount Vesuvius from the room.
