We had a very nice stop after our holiday; we appreciated the calm, the note left by the hostess for our late arrival, the cleanliness, and the access to the garden for our dog—comfortably priced and exactly what we wanted. The only downside was that we arrived on a Monday and had to drive to Blois for a meal, though the hotel isn’t at fault; we eventually found an excellent brasserie, “Le Clipper,” in that beautiful city and I look forward to returning.

The breakfast buffet was decent, featuring local products highlighted by the manager, the location was very convenient for visiting several tourist sites, the private terrace was great for coffee and relaxing, the room was well decorated, and it was close to Cheverny.
