Everything worked out well, but it would be helpful to have reception staff who speak languages other than English.

The location is very accessible to the sky train station heading to the airport, but there were no slippers provided.

The location is good.

I was impressed by the staff’s service, yet the room should have more power outlets.

The train from the airport to the station keeps you mostly dry, and the local line stops there too; you’re warmly welcomed from 2 pm. Cleaning and bedding laundry are priced appropriately.
