Breakfast offered a few fresh options, and the entire team was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well, the gas shower had good pressure and heated quickly, and the beds were comfortable. However, the pillow was unsuitable—its foam was so old it had split into pieces, forcing me to fold it in half to get any thickness. The soaps were of terrible quality, almost like a stone block. The pool was dirty, with debris from the adjacent dirt area, and I saw no cleaning staff during my two days there.

The breakfast was well supplied with good options, and the hotel is close to the Caraguá shopping center and easy to reach; the street is dead‑end and very quiet. However, breakfast runs from 8 am to 10 am, and starting at 7 am would make it easier to head out for tours. Room cleaning happens too late: we returned from the beach at 4 pm and the staff had only just begun tidying up. Towels weren’t changed during the cleaning, and when we asked for a change we were questioned about the reason, which was uncomfortable. We felt the reception staff could have been more cordial and patient. The ground‑floor room we stayed in had no window, only a door‑balcony, which made airflow poor and left a closed‑room smell; we had to keep the air‑conditioner on to ease that. There were also no hangers for wet clothes. The parking lot is too small for the number of rooms.
