How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place was spacious and nicely furnished, with two bathrooms and a central location. However, the apartment wasn’t clean; there was a pile of lint behind the furniture, several lamps were out, the shower head in one bathroom didn’t work, and in the other the shower tray flooded. It sits on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

I booked a place in Pavia for one night. We spent the whole day of the 1st outside the room, returning at 23:00. After a tiring trip we couldn’t sleep because of the huge amount of dust and the many mosquitoes in the room. When we called the hotel’s direct numbers, the staff replied unprofessionally and rudely, saying they could do nothing. The discomfort was huge. Not being able to rest caused both an economic loss (110 € for a room full of dust and mosquitoes) and a physical toll, as we were exhausted and, this morning, I had a severe allergic reaction with facial swelling. I’ve never experienced anything like this, even though I travel and adapt to any situation. Be careful. I’ve attached photos of the room, which was exactly as described, even the drawers had other people’s hair.

The décor was modern and the room was spacious with a large bathroom and a good bed, but the shower had used shampoo and body wash bottles on the shower head and the soap holder was partly in the tub. The minibar was incomplete—no coffee pods or machine, and the empty pod slots were dirty. Written requests were answered slowly and unfriendly, phone calls sometimes failed and no callbacks were offered. The front desk was unstaffed; I had to wire the tourist tax, copy my ID, and email it, and WhatsApp communication didn’t work. Security was weak: the front door code was xxxO, my room code was xxx1, and it seemed that all rooms shared a continuous code, so any guest could enter any room. With all these issues the value for the price was not justified and it felt overpriced.
