The breakfast was solid, but the staff closed the room overnight even though it was quite cold, which I can understand. I can't comprehend how a cleaner could enter our room in our absence and turn off the radiators, even though we had set them to a higher temperature because we were simply freezing. In the evening, when we returned to our room, it was icy; that was the case for both nights of our stay. A disaster. Extremely dirty – we found several insects in the room. There was cobwebs around the radiators and near the bed. The walls were dirty, stains everywhere. I would not recommend it; I really don't know how families with children could have stayed there.
