When I booked, only the old area rooms were listed, so upon arrival I switched to a new‑area room and the hotel covered the price difference; the room was large, tidy, and right next to Sadec Square, so I parked my car there and walked out to explore. A plus was the lack of a kettle, but there was a hot‑and‑cold water purifier down the hall, so I didn’t need to buy bottled water and could grab a paper cup; a small table and chairs were provided for meals, and the motorcycle parking was free because few guests used it.
On the downside, the hot water never really warmed up: on the first day I showered at 16:00 and had to wait 10 minutes for it to get hot; on the second day at 12:00 it took 15 minutes; and on the third day at 09:30 I had to wait 30 minutes and it still wasn’t hot, forcing me to shower with cold water. The old‑style hot‑water tap in the banana‑tree area was also inefficient, wasting water without heating it. Each guest received one breakfast voucher worth 65 k; if you ate more you had to pay extra, which felt unfair. The on‑site restaurant was small with limited seating, the indoor space was stuffy, and outside there were only 3–4 tables; by late afternoon all were taken. I hope the hotel invests more in a cooler dining area, especially since it hosts both room‑bookers and walk‑in guests, so seating can be spacious and comfortable. Inside the bathroom, the lavatory lacked a towel rack near the shower head, so after showering I had to grab a towel from elsewhere; the design felt ill‑thought. The fridge was only mildly cool, just enough to keep things chilled. Soundproofing was decent, but the elevator was a bit cramped.
