“Well done for a rural town hotel”

Chose it for its access to an indoor pool and its town locality. Pool was clean and well set up , staff were very friendly and close to all town amenities was great. Hotel bar and restaurant was not too expensive and good selection of food. Maybe some added toiletries - soap/shampoos may have helped for 2 guests

The bathroom was amazing! Clean, fantastic shower head. Good towels and cool mirror that lights up. As soon as we walked in the hallway to our room, the odor of urine was insanely strong. Beds were horrible. You could literally feel the springs in bed. The manager did not deal with our situation very well. We stayed one night and wanted our money back for the other 2 nights. Won't ever be coming back!

“Do not recomand this hotel”

The pictures were misleading; the rooms were dirty with hair in the bathtub, the hotel felt very old, humid and moldy, the carpet was filthy, and the bathroom only offered two tiny soaps and a miniature shampoo bottle. The bed was uncomfortable and the air‑conditioning was extremely noisy, giving us a terrible night. To reach the pool you have to go outside, cross the street and a parking lot, then enter another building with a basic pool and an old hot tub. Towels were provided at the pool, which was the only decent thing. There was no breakfast, though a Tim Hortons was a minute’s walk away, and the nearby pizzerias were low‑quality. A bad experience; I wouldn’t return and I don’t recommend this hotel.

“Ok”

The price was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. However, the air conditioner was extremely loud, there were odd renovations, the bathroom door is just a rolling door that doesn’t close, the light switch is outside the bathroom and gets blocked when the door is open, and the shower lacks a door—just a half wall that lets water splash onto the floor.
