The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was very good, and the staff were very friendly. No one mentioned that it can be quite noisy in the morning when someone checks out early.

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and everything worked perfectly. The building’s exterior, however, was not attractive.

We stayed at L’Isola in Cagliari and it was fantastic. Salvatore was incredibly friendly and helpful, even letting us drop off our luggage before check‑in. The room was beautiful, roomy, and cozy, with a large, comfortable shower. Despite being in the very center, the room stayed quiet and we didn’t hear any outside noise. Walking to Piazza Yenne takes only a few minutes, and Piazza Matteotti is about 10 minutes away, which is great for catching buses and exploring Cagliari. The Botanical Garden is just a one‑ or two‑minute walk and is worth visiting. Even though we were close to the busy city, the hotel stayed very quiet at night. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it—beautiful property, excellent location, and Salvatore’s hospitality was outstanding.

Salvatore helped me a lot from a distance when I struggled to get in the first time, even “tele‑guiding” me from home to the room. Breakfast wasn’t included, but he kindly brewed coffee every morning of my stay and suggested a nearby area where I could have dinner on my first night. I’m not a fan of minimalism; the straight‑angled furniture and shelves can hurt if you bump your leg or head against them.
