The historic building in the center of Erice offers a good breakfast, adequate services, and very friendly staff, especially the receptionist Leonardo who is courteous and well prepared. Unfortunately there is no parking, not even a partnered one, so the paid parking costs were significant even though we stayed only one night in Erice.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and perfectly equipped. The owner, however, does not speak English, which makes communication difficult; a simple guide in several languages would solve this. The breakfast we had paid for was hard to locate, and the address led us elsewhere, wasting a lot of time. Once these issues are fixed, the accommodation and services will be flawless.

The atmosphere of the place is great, well located, and I will return and recommend it to friends and acquaintances. Nothing else to add.

The location was excellent and the rooftop offered a beautiful view. The old bed mattress had a hole on one side, and the shower alternated between freezing cold and scalding hot. Breakfast was very modest, and the coffee was surprisingly bad for Italy. Staff could be less reactive when asked and inform guests more actively.
