The staff did the bare minimum to compensate for a room that was like a bad horror movie: broken items, a bad smell, dark, unclean, and not presentable to any decent guest.

The manager gave me a bottled water. Thete was someone next door who was cussing loud and was not considerate. When I told the manager she said no one was staying next door. She said why didnt I call which was a valid point but I did not see her go and check tbe riom either. Evidently they had a non paying person. The doorr to tbe neighbors riom was open all nite. I felt VERY unsafe. I smell3d pot coming from tbe room and heard horrible things being yelled througbout the nite. If I could get a refund I would aopreciate it. I left the next day for travelling out of tbe coungry. With little to no sleep
