“Stunning views and lovely apartment”

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, modern, with a very comfortable bed and excellent Wi‑Fi. It sat on the ground floor and had a lovely little garden, making it very tranquil and giving us a relaxed holiday; it was a bit too far from town but taxis were easy to get. The sitting room had two sofas and would have been perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and TV, but the only TV was in the bedroom.

The house was wonderful and in a very convenient spot. We rented a car and drove around the island, and it was so convenient to return each evening to stay. It’s an amazing place—I’ll remember the view from that room forever. Thanks, Paul, for your hospitality. This is the best option!

We loved this accommodation! The room is amazing with everything you could need and the views are indescribable. The location is excellent, with very easy parking for the car and everything nearby – supermarket, cafés, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. We didn’t use public transport because we had a car, but they told us it was also very easy. You can also reach the centre of Funchal quickly by Uber. The room is super well equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, TV, table and a large, very comfortable bed. All the staff are very friendly, there’s a recommendations book in the room, and they’re ready to help at any time. Arrival and departure were both super fast and hassle‑free. The only thing I’d point out is that there’s no air conditioning! There is a portable fan in the room that helped a lot, but on hot days the room does heat up noticeably, though we didn’t have many problems.
