Location, quiet, clean. I’m not very good with stairs. Didn’t realize our bedroom would be on the first floor and the toilet/bathroom on the second floor. Also the mattress was a bit bouncy and I could feel the springs.

Walking to Wembley was a breeze and the place was spotless, with a fan in the room that saved us from the heatwave; parking cost £10 extra. The price was solid value, but the mattress was thin and uncomfortable—luckily we were exhausted, otherwise we’d have had a hard time. The milk for tea and coffee was expired and tasted off.

A basic room for a one‑night stay after a concert, but it was very clean, had tea and coffee facilities, and a spotless bathroom—exactly what we needed. The location was a bit out of the way, but otherwise there were no complaints.
