I appreciated that the room’s air‑conditioning was already on despite the scorching heat, and the extra blankets were a nice touch; the staff were very kind and the rooms were very clean. I didn’t like that the pool lacked a overflow edge, the rooms provided too few towels—four of us only got two—and when we asked the reception for more, none were supplied; there should also be more pillows on the beds.

The breakfast was delicious and the pool spectacular. The mattresses were a bit soggy.

The facilities were fine, but we couldn’t get any sleep. Noisy neighbours kept us awake, and after speaking to reception four times they still did nothing.
