“Trato cercano y excepcional”

Our stay was wonderful. Every staff member was attentive, friendly and pleasant, but we especially want to highlight Andrea, the receptionist, who took care of us wonderfully from the very first moment. She was very close and gave us very useful recommendations on what to visit, where to go and how to make the most of our stay. The hotel has a small breakfast buffet, but it is very complete and pleasant, we left there with a very happy stomach! 😊 In terms of cleanliness, everything was immaculate and well cared for. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and definitely recommend this hotel. We would return without hesitation! As an area to improve, the bed was a double, but in reality it was two small beds joined together, so they tended to separate during the night and it was a bit uncomfortable. It would be ideal to have a single piece double bed or some system that prevented the two beds from separating.

The location was spot on, a very quiet area, and Andrea’s service was outstanding, helping us a lot. The breakfast was full. The room was very clean, with towels changed daily, which was spectacular. It had air conditioning, perfect. I’d give it a 10, and if I came back I wouldn’t hesitate. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like; everything was perfect.

The facilities are premium!! Everything is impeccably clean! The breakfast is very complete and the location is excellent! Close to everything and in a super quiet area. Our host is super friendly!!! Honestly nothing to note!
