The staff were friendly and the mattress was comfortable. The pool was cold, the jacuzzi was broken, there was no shower gel, breakfast was really not great, the air‑conditioner blew constantly, and there was a lot of dust in the bathroom.

Cleanliness was the only thing that was good. The check‑in staff were rude and unhelpful, the TV didn’t work, everything in the room was old, worn, or damaged. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, drywall tape and paint were peeling, there was mold in the bathroom, the hot tub was dangerously hot, breakfast wasn’t being replenished early in the morning, and much of the property showed neglected maintenance.

The location was fine. The comforter was stained and the toilet was running, but the host offered to move us.
