How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was convenient and the staff helped me print cruise documents, but they never changed the towels and I never heard anything about cleaning protocols; the sausage at breakfast was terribly overcooked, only one ice machine worked, and there was no notice about the others being out of service.

Not friendly reception. I ask for my print out receipt when I checkout receptionist said he will email me within 4:5 business days ???. Very nice neighborhood but hotel is not that welcoming

Breakfast was fine though the same everyday, no variety. The facility was nice. We did have to ask for a refrigerator as the room did not have one. One was brought in during the time we went to dinner. We had a walk in shower as requested though water did come out from the shower area very easily. The first morning water was all over the bathroom floor and we cleaned up with the towels. More towels were brought upon request. Initially, there were only enough towels for 3 people and we had 4 in our party

My reservation was cancelled by the hotel staff without any notification, and they refused to cancel it on the booking site; I wasted my time arriving only to be told my room had been given away, and they wouldn't even call or email me to explain or cancel the booking.
