“Ein angenehmes Mittelklassehotel. Super für den Besuch der Erinnerungsstätte Luftbrücke in Fassberg.”
Breakfast was decent and plentiful.

The large room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, and the breakfast buffet was generous. The staff were very friendly. The building itself is outdated, and the pool next door is under renovation, which was actually the main reason for booking.

The location was acceptable. Cleanliness was poor: a lot of dust, cigarette butts in the toilet, and a full ashtray. Breakfast was adequate but finished at 9 am and was cleared without notice. The price for this outdated hotel is far too high.

I would not recommend booking a stay here if you’re looking for the facilities the hotel and the booking site advertise. We chose the hotel to enjoy the cozy garden described, with table tennis, volleyball, basketball, and a large outdoor pool, but none of that existed—just a huge construction site with clutter, tall grass, weeds, scaffolding, and barriers. We intended to stay two nights but only booked one because it was not pleasant at all. We tried to negotiate a discount due to the false advertising; they told us to contact booking because that’s how we booked. Booking apologized and offered a €29 credit to a booking account, claiming the hotel should provide compensation. The hotel refused to offer anything, lied about giving us the second night free (which was not true), and does not respond to our messages. The room was okay, but the surroundings, atmosphere, and value were zero.

Everything was old and greasy, with a stale smell in the room. Overall, a neglected 70s‑era building that has never been updated.
