Quiet and easy access, and the spot was perfect for what I needed, but the continental breakfast felt very lackluster, and the room came without any toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, soap, or even disposable cups.

The staff were friendly, the kitchen was equipped, and there’s a grill downstairs for barbecues, yet the place was still under renovation; the gym only had a few dumbbells and a treadmill, the TV remote control didn’t work backwards, breakfast was barely acceptable and unvaried, the pool was small and hard to get to, nobody used it, and after four days none of us had our rooms cleaned—maybe it’s just unused.

Summary of this review
The customer service rep was unfriendly, repeatedly asking if I had pets even after I said we didn’t. She was rude, called me “mam,” raised her voice because I only had my phone for the credit card, and was dismissive when I asked about points or extending my stay. I left feeling I wouldn’t return. The hotel was under construction at the bottom level, which was acceptable, but the workout room didn’t work, the price was high for the quality, and the customer service was rude.
