The staff were really friendly, which I appreciated, and the breakfast came as a packed rice dish that seemed homemade, fairly generous and tasty, though the building shows its age, the parking lot is cramped and limited, and the toiletries were only the bare minimum.

We stayed in a larger room with the family and found it spacious and clean, but I was disappointed that the included breakfast was just a boxed lunch with only two options to choose from.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, taking care of our luggage and storing our bags for two days while we toured other islands. The location was unbeatable, just a 5‑minute walk from the port and the main dining and entertainment area. The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. On the downside, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable; the hotel and rooms showed clear neglect. The bed was in terrible condition, almost unhygienic, ruining the rest and overall experience.

The front desk treated us exceptionally well, the rates were low and the location convenient, laundry was free and breakfast was a take‑away bento that was handy for eating elsewhere, so I’ll definitely book again; we booked two rooms and one of them had an air‑conditioner that didn’t blow as strongly, but it was still acceptable.
