Staff at reception and housekeeping. 1st room given 027 aircon not functioning. Wet bathroom as shower not partitioned

I stayed in 2 rooms during my stay. Both rooms were exceptionally clean. The location is perfect to go about town. Rooms are very basic. Walls are paper thin so you basically hear everything that's going on outside. Pillows were too soft and flimsy

No toilet roll was placed in the toilet; instead it was on the dressing table, and no tissue was provided. The public toilet outside the lobby area had poor sanitation.
