I was given a room with a huge balcony overlooking the valley, mountains, and sky, making the stay truly beautiful and memorable; it rained, yet the balcony was large enough to exercise, dine, or chat with a colleague at night. The only downside is that my room was the sole balcony room, so my colleagues and other rooms might not be as great. Overall, it has rustic, local appeal, the space was nice, and it felt cozy the way I like.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made up for the slightly run-down balcony on the ground floor. The area itself was pretty and had a nice atmosphere. I'd definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was seamless, and the cafe staff were absolute stars - they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. However, there were a few hiccups, like the room allocation issue and the slow order time at the cafe. The salads could've been better too, and I was a bit miffed that I didn't get my wake-up call. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not without its flaws.
