Great, booked the 3D 2N trek upon arrival with Jack, an awesome guide! Excellent value for money and tranquility. No hot water, but we got used to the heat.

Communication with them was splendid from the very beginning; they helped us with all transport, picked us up at the airport. The jungle trek to see the orangutans with guide Jak and his companions was spectacular; we saw many orangutans and Jak’s friendliness made everything very fun and comfortable. The food from the woman was super good, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The view from the room was super beautiful. 100% recommendation, a 10. We liked everything!
The food was amazing and the location was great, a nice quiet spot a bit away from the center of Bukit Lawang. Unfortunately the showers stayed warm for only a short time, but nothing else stood out.

The place was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the staff were friendly and ready to help plan my days. The water was cold, and the hotel is a 1‑hour walk from the tourist area (the jungle entrance).
