The hotel’s location is spot on, right in the city centre. The staff are friendly and professional, making you feel at home, so we definitely recommend it. Breakfast is generous and very pleasant on the hotel terrace. The only downside is the ongoing construction in Dakhla, and the mosque being built right across from the hotel, though the hotel managers aren’t to blame for that.

Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and hospitable.

The location is good and the owner is welcoming. The hotel itself feels old‑fashioned, the photos don’t match reality, there’s no equipment, and even the elevator is broken. Not to mention the spa, which turns out to be just a local hair salon.

Nothing positive. The room was dirty, the photos were completely misleading, and even after leaving on the first night I still haven’t gotten my money back.
