Nothing really stood out positively. The staff, especially the woman who worked that evening, were unpleasant. The room we booked and paid for had no TV, and in the middle of the evening we were told to move our vehicle so other guests could park; that same woman offered us a lower‑standard room than the one we had paid for.

The staff’s customer service is terrible; the owners need to do something about her. The room was freezing cold, with no air conditioner or heater.

I really liked the Padel Club and the Pool; those were great and the rooms looked very good. I also appreciated the location and how close it was to the Old Biscuit mill. Housekeeping never cleaned my room, and the receptionist wasn’t helpful either; he couldn’t even provide me with clean towels.

Absolutely nothing. It feels like they’re running a prostitution business there. I hated everything about that place.
