The location is solid, close to Session Road, the church, and Burnham Park, all within a pleasant walking distance. However, the booking was a nightmare: the pillows were moldy and lacked pillowcases, the high table felt out of place, and the sofa bed had a strong odor and wasn't toddler‑safe. Bed bugs were rampant; my husband barely slept for two nights, and my toddler suffered itchy bites and rashes from the bed. We paid for a relaxing vacation and got nothing of that quality, so we left after the second night and would not recommend this place.
