How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is close to the center with a nice view, but we couldn't reach the owner when we arrived and had to call booking. The apartment is minimalistic, only one small hand towel and one small bath towel, and just one chair. The common areas were dirty and very noisy.

The place is very convenient, though road works started right outside during our stay. It was cozy and there were plenty of fresh towels. The shower worked well, but the shower cubicle was a bit cramped, which could be an issue for some.

The location is extremely central and near a small free parking lot. The room is small but fully equipped, with extra pillows and a pleasant balcony. The bed was not very comfortable and there were some hairs, especially on the decorative pillows. The toilet is a bit uncomfortable because it is too close to the side wall.

The location is strategic, with free parking about 500 m from the tourist office. The studio is inside the walls of Pienza and is a good base to visit nearby villages. The only inconvenience was the lack of electricity; the door, which is opened with an electronic keypad, wouldn't open and I was locked out. Also, when there was no electricity, the shower water didn't work. The problem was solved when the owner gave me a physical key. Thanks again.
