The staff were great and the location was cool, yet the support was pathetic; the hotel is called “hotel Rupali” but they don’t give a phone number or a location map, so it’s hard to find without the landmark “opp to income tax office”. The AC sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, there were no dry towels, the fan was either too slow or too fast, and the restaurant was expensive.

The hotel price is very reasonable and cheap imfact. The food quality is the worst and way too expensive. Some managers are very rude and unprofessional But thanks to booking. Com for managing my stay within my budget
