The guesthouse sits on a quiet peninsula, just a street away from the blue sea, but we were rushed and it rained, so we couldn't fully enjoy it. Breakfast was generous, and the restaurant offered a sea view. The host is a refined, beautiful older lady, very enthusiastic, and her smile is contagious. Across the street, construction debris still lies on the road, which spoils the view.

It was a joy to finish our holiday at Sam! The house is stunning and you feel right at home from the moment you arrive; the welcome, the pool, the location near the sea, and the sea view from our balcony room are all superb. The terrace is perfect for a delicious breakfast – one of the best we had during our 15 days in Turkey – and parking is available in front. The center of Kas is a 5‑minute drive away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and loved every detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout, and we even met the owner, a wonderful woman who genuinely delights in seeing her guests and makes everyone feel at home. The pool was spotlessly clean, and the room was excellent, with a lovely interior and all the necessary facilities. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful experience. The only downside is its location: because the hotel sits on a peninsula, it’s quite far from the city center, so you need a taxi or a local bus to reach town.

This hotel is full of charm and tranquility, perfect for relaxing with incredible views. The staff are very friendly and answer all your questions. Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. It would be great to include coffee in the breakfast (it’s paid separately) and to have a luggage rack in the rooms, as well as more hangers in the wardrobes.

We were celebrating my mother’s birthday and were surprised with a flower‑decorated room that was beautiful! The room is small, but there’s a table with two chairs and a clothesline outside, and a bus stop right across the street. The staff were very pleasant; thank you for the great service!
