The facilities were excellent; we stayed only one night on a layover, but the impression was very positive. The location is out of the way. If you need a gym, it’s problematic: the hotel’s gym is out of service and you have to rely on a wellness center whose access is more than problematic. The reception staff were quite awkward and not confident in English. They got the breakfast time wrong after our surprise; they omitted Wi‑Fi instructions and couldn’t understand that the room hadn’t been paid for online… they insisted the payment had come through a platform and therefore it hadn’t.
