Friendly staff, close to the bus terminal and surrounded by restaurants and a supermarket, and also convenient for trails. The room was spacious with a wardrobe and a bathroom that had amenities and a great shower. Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was good. The heating was excellent.

I was blown away by how clean the room was and how comfy it felt after long hikes. The 24‑hour tea and coffee station and the tasty breakfast were nice touches. What really stood out was the staff, especially Nicolás, who helped me plan my days around the weather and even lent me crampons for snowy trails. They also made lunch boxes if you’re out all day. I felt so cared for, like I was staying with friends.
