The location was excellent and the place was quiet, yet the rooms were smelly and outdated, the room itself was dirty, with hair on the headboard and between the boxspring and mattress, and we even found dirty socks in the drawers left by previous guests.

The staff I was there around 5.00PM a lot of people online I have to wait 30 minutes I I think the guy I think his name was Andrew is a heavy set gentleman with glasses very very rude, When I told him they needed to bring in more staff because I’d been waiting 30 minutes, he told me I needed to be patient. I replied, "Patience? Put yourself in my shoes—see if *you'd* like it. I drove three hours to get to Miami." the key dos not work I went to see him 2 times and he need to change the room, The pillowcases smelled bad, and they didn't replace the box of cleaning paper—it was empty, with only a single sheet left. I used to like that hotel for its location, but I won't be coming back

The breakfast was quite enjoyable, the value for money was high, and if I ever go back for family or business, I would stay there again.
