I loved the location - right on the beach - and the hotel itself was really nice, with great food at reasonable prices. The only downside was the breakfast, which got pretty chaotic when it was busy. But overall, it was a solid choice for a beach vacation.

We've stayed here before and it's still one of our top picks in Goa - the beach access is direct, the pool is great, and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are small but workable, especially if you're traveling with a kid. The breakfast options are pretty good, with a mix of European and Indian cuisine, and the dinner menu was surprisingly tasty. Just be aware that there are weddings and events sometimes, but they don't really disrupt the stay.

The room was spotless and in a great location, but that's about where the positives end. The staff were super unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome - they wouldn't let me work from the pool bar, and I couldn't even charge my laptop. When my friends came to visit from Pathankot, where my husband is stationed with the military, they were treated like they'd done something wrong, even though they paid for their food and drinks.

The room was clean, I'll give them that, but that's about the only good thing I can say. The pool was dirty and not usable for most of our stay, and they charged us for tiny toiletries like toothpaste. The breakfast was just okay, and the staff were really rude and unhelpful. They claim to be beachfront, but there's a gate that closes at 6 pm and no service or sunbeds on the beach.

The facilities here are really well done, both in the rooms and outside - the pool is nice and the breakfast is excellent. They also have a beachside bar, although it was a bit quiet when we were there. My only gripe is that it's located pretty far south on Calangute beach, so it's a 20-minute walk to the center of the action.
