I liked the spot and the parking at the back of the hotel, but the AC control in the room was confusing and didn't respond properly to my settings.

The hotel sits right in the center, a few minutes from the famous USS Midway and the Statue of the Kiss, and in 10 minutes you can reach Little Italy; the staff are kind and helpful, the room is beautiful, clean, and has comfortable beds, and the scent that greets you upon entry is indescribable—if I ever return to San Diego, I’ll definitely book here again, and the price is unbeatable.

The location was fine, but for 300 a night there was nothing special; the toilet paper felt like tissue paper, a bottle of water cost 6 bucks when it should have been free, the parking instructions were unclear, the room was dimly lit and the hallways almost dark, and the pleasant smell became overwhelming and gave me a headache.
