How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room itself was fine, but the check‑in was a nightmare. We sat outside in the cold for over an hour while the front desk tried to sort out a key code that never worked, and only after a long wait did someone actually open the door. For the price you could find a better place in a nicer spot in Guilin.

The place was clean, the coffee was great, and the staff were super friendly. The only downside was that it was a bit hard to find and not in the city centre, and the photos look better than the actual rooms.
