Clean, cute, and the hosts were super friendly!
The location was great, but the staff was surprised by our arrival even though the reservation had been confirmed; it was only after I called that she started looking for us. The room was never cleaned and towels were not changed for the entire week, and there was only one roll of toilet paper for the whole week. Noise from outside persisted until late hours because the building is too close to the main street.
The central location is perfect for getting to all the places, and the room was very clean and in a quiet area. The staff were super helpful.
The location is perfect—shops, restaurants, the port, and public transport stops are all within a short walk, and many sights are reachable on foot. However, it is noisy both day and night.
The room was very good for the price, and the spot is fantastic: it’s practically next to the Maschio Angioino and only a 5‑minute walk from Piazza del Plebiscito, plus the metro stop is just around the corner. The breakfast, however, was very minimal with packaged food, and there is no bidet.
