I liked that I could go straight to my room without stopping at the front desk, but the lock‑type door made it a hassle to get in and out.

The location was good.

Staying without meals was a good value because Tsuruhashi and its restaurants are nearby, yet I wanted a room next door or on the same floor and ended up far away despite empty rooms around; I understand they couldn’t rearrange at short notice, but a heads‑up would have helped, and the 703 room only had shoji screens, making the morning glare terrible.

The “Momodani” station was conveniently close and Koreatown is just a short walk away, but the lack of a parking lot meant I had to walk a fair distance to find a spot nearby.

The unmanned check‑in and check‑out let me ignore the time, which was nice. The cleaning was inadequate and made the stay unpleasant.
