The room itself was fine, but we were surprised by a pet fee that never showed up in the listing. If they say pets are welcome, charging extra feels misleading. I'd have appreciated the charge being disclosed up front.

“PODERIA SER MAIS OEGANIZADOS EM RELAÇÃO A RECEPÇÃO PARA DAR SUPORTE AOS HÓSPEDES”

Loved being close to shops and the beach, everything was within walking distance. Unfortunately the front desk was empty when we arrived around 4:30 pm and we didn’t get any help until late evening. The TV only showed a single channel with church content, and the other channels had no picture, which was frustrating.

The staff were friendly and the place felt conveniently located, but the actual spot turned out to be a bit isolated from the main attractions. Service was spot‑on, yet the location left something to be desired.
