They sent us the wrong code for the room, and because of that, we were stuck outside for over an hour. We tried to reach them through WhatsApp, by phone, and even support, but it took them over an hour to finally respond. What made the situation even worse was that instead of apologizing for sending us the wrong code, they had the audacity to blame us for not contacting them before their closing time. We had no internet connection at the time, so obviously we had no way of knowing there was a problem until we arrived and tried to enter the room. When we tried to explain the situation and get answers, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Mistakes can happen, but blaming the guests for a mistake made by the property and then treating them this way is completely unacceptable

The location is exceptional, but there are a few extra pieces of furniture that could be removed.

The beds were very comfy, the air conditioning was great, the location was ideal and great value for money! The staff were also helpful and the place was very clean. Overall we would highly recommend it. The front door was a little difficult to open as it was heavy and sometimes didn’t open with the switch easily.
