The balcony looked out over the mountains, the host was incredibly sweet, and the room felt like a spacious apartment with all the comforts and excellent soundproofing. The historic street, once home to artists and sculptors, gives the place a unique charm. It’s quiet and natural, and you fall asleep to the sound of cicadas. I’ve stayed in several guesthouses in different parts of Tbilisi, and this one is by far the best in my opinion. It’s a very heartfelt place. Everything was great! Madloba welcomed me warmly and Mzia Sergeyevna was cozy and friendly. The house is on the outskirts of town, which might feel dull for those who prefer livelier spots. The center is best reached by taxi, but for a secluded, comfortable retreat it’s ideal, so the distance wasn’t a drawback for me.

It’s a bit far from central Tbilisi, but the location on a very pretty street and the balcony’s breathtaking mountain view let you watch sunsets. The apartment is spacious, has a computer chair and reliable Wi‑Fi for work, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The hosts are wonderful, friendly people. I stayed for 5 weeks and would recommend it to everyone.

The host was basic but clean and friendly. It’s 16 minutes from the airport and close to supermarkets.
