The cabin staff are great, but there’s a lack of landscaped areas.

The spot’s proximity to the river and the overall setting are amazing, but the staff were absolutely rude. The two front‑desk ladies were very unfriendly when we arrived late at night, and I’d never experienced such treatment before. We didn’t bring food and they offered no options; even the restaurant was not fully closed yet, yet they wouldn’t give us anything to buy. The bar guy was also very snide. It feels like there’s no supervision and the team’s values are lacking. Spa access was unavailable during our stay and they told us in a very curt manner. We couldn’t believe how poorly we were treated. When we checked out, we were eager to leave and never return, and we left this comment so future guests or hotel management see it and do something. It’s a shame that such a beautiful place has such ill‑mannered, rude staff.

The surroundings and the room views are great, but breakfast isn’t included in the price.

The water‑jet pool is a marvel, the room is very cozy, and the staff are excellent, but the path to get there is a bit of a hassle.

If you’re after peace and relaxation, it’s 100 % recommended; the staff’s service is perfect.
