The location is great and convenient, but there’s a smell of carpet.

The staff feel like family and are always ready to help, but getting in touch with housekeeping is tough; I had to request towels, a broom, or a vacuum myself. The lobby and kitchen stay spotless, and breakfast is always freshly prepared.

The place is clean and cozy, and the pool is great, but the AC never cools the room even when set to the lowest setting.
