We usually stay at Première Classe hotels and overall this trip was pleasant. The room matched what we booked. I had seen that only one double room was left when I booked, so with a baby the space was a bit tight, especially because there wasn’t enough room to set up our travel cot. For next time I’d also pick a ground‑floor room because walking two floors with a baby and luggage while I was ill wasn’t easy. I especially want to thank the staff for letting us check in earlier, at 14:10 instead of 15:00, because I was sick; that really helped and I appreciated it a lot. Thank you very much to them. On the positive side, we had no noise from outside or other guests. The bedding was fine and we slept in peace, which was very welcome. Despite everything, we thank the team for their welcome and kindness, and we’ll come back to Première Classe, just hoping for a ground‑floor room if possible.
Regarding breakfast, we knew it was served in the Campanile area, which is linked to the hotel. However, having guests from both hotels share the same room felt a little odd. We sometimes felt somewhat disdainful looks from some Campanile guests, which was unpleasant. Obviously this isn’t the staff’s fault, but maybe a separate space or a divider between the two properties would make the experience nicer for everyone.
