How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place is well situated with easy access to the metro and supermarkets. The furniture in the room and the flooring could use some renovation.

The location is good and the price is reasonable. There were parking problems, the doors in the building creak and you can hear other tenants moving around, and the room acoustics are fairly poor but nothing catastrophic.

Everything was clean and quiet, though the doors made a bit of a squeak.
