How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was spacious and the kitchenette was great, but the cleaning could use improvement; a stranger opened my door at night because the receptionist had mistakenly given me the same room as another guest, which was lucky because the other guest was nice—otherwise it could have gone much worse, and that is unacceptable!

The bed was very comfortable, but the hallway outside our room was noisy, with heavy footsteps coming from the floor above.

The location was good, yet I waited 2 hours to check in; the first room was filthy, and the staff kept making excuses for the delay, showing that their housekeeping staff needs better training.

We only stayed one night, the price was fair, and the rooms had a handy mini‑kitchenette, but the cleaning was subpar—spots on the sheets, dust everywhere, and pet hair on the carpet—so even though I brought my own supplies, the hotel should enforce stricter cleaning standards.

A gentleman at check‑in was friendly and helped when we asked for extra towels; the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, but the air‑conditioner could have been a bit cooler.
