The staff were very friendly; the receptionist Marina seemed super helpful. Nothing special about the rest of the staff—neither excellent nor bad. It would be great if they offered parking, as you have to look for paid options nearby. The bathroom in the room could be swapped for a cleaner one each day, and the cleanliness in the black area still needs improvement.

The smell was terrible; after staying two nights, we had to move to another hotel the next night. A four‑star rating is a joke—this place is starless! The furniture is old, the elevator has no steps and the stairs are steep, and it’s a shame how much money was wasted.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; the bathroom is well equipped, and the bed and bedding are comfortable. The furnishings are a bit old‑fashioned to my taste, but they work; note that there is no elevator, so moving between floors with heavy bags could be difficult.
