“Non lo consigliamo!”

Special shout‑out to the cleaning lady, and the room was fine from that perspective – there’s a parking spot. The problem is the property is 20 minutes from the beach, not the 5‑10 minutes mentioned in the description; plus those 10 minutes are uphill on a mountain road, so heading to and from the beach is quite inconvenient. The attic room has a tiny window at floor level, is generally small, lacks a towel rail and balcony, making it very uncomfortable for a summer stay where you need a place to hang towels and swimsuits. The bathroom is dark and cramped. Breakfast (a croissant and a drink) is served at the beach or the village bar, which is 3‑400 meters downhill, then uphill again… so you can’t have a quick breakfast and then return to the room. Personally, the croissants were not very tasty. We won’t come back and we don’t recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but when booking the room it wasn’t mentioned that the property is 15 minutes from the village.

“Bellissima esperienza”

It was a wonderful experience; the property was spotless and brand new. Alice was super kind and gave us a guide of all the activities to do, the restaurants to eat at, and the nearest useful spots like a tobacconist, pharmacy, and laundromat. The beach was very nice and clean. We’ll return.

Everything was spotless, the breakfast and the facilities were great! Just a bit far from the beach.

The availability, friendliness, and quality of the property were excellent. Even though you have to walk a bit to get to the beach, the quality justifies the distance. The beach service attached to the property was outstanding. The spot was gorgeous. The only downside was the weather – a few drops of rain.
