Being close to the beach and the pool—better than many other hotels—meant we could enjoy them without crowds, though the flip side was the scarcity of dining options, few shops and a night market that consisted of only three food stalls. The main city was far away and services were lacking: no food outlets, no replenishment of soap or toilet paper, constant construction noise and a limited restaurant scene despite Google suggesting otherwise.

The place is clean, the reception is friendly and enthusiastic, close to the beach, and the large pool is a hit with the kids. There’s nothing that bothered me, and behind the beach there’s a reasonably priced seafood prep shop.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel; the location is superb, right in the heart of the Marina, less than a two‑minute walk to the sea, perfectly situated between Sunset Town to the south and Phu Quoc’s downtown to the north. My room was very clean and spacious, and the pools were ideal for relaxing. A huge thank‑you to Chloé for her warm welcome and for making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend it 100 %.
