How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The manager and staff were friendly and supportive, the dorm area was clean and large, the beds had curtains and were comfortable, AC and Wi‑Fi were okay, lockers were big, the bathroom was fine, and it was close to the railway junction and bus stops, but the hot shower didn’t work well.

I booked this hotel based on the confirmation from your platform, but when I arrived at 3:00 AM, the staff shockingly told me the property was sold out and no room was available; this unacceptable failure on both the hotel’s and your platform’s part left me stranded at an odd hour, causing immense inconvenience, stress, and distress, and severely damaging my confidence in both the hotel and your service, and I demand an immediate explanation.

The room was big and clean, the hot water worked properly, the AC was good, and the bed was comfortable—thank you!

The room was nice and spacious, with two bathrooms for our group of four and two double beds, making it perfect for a family of four, but there were small cockroaches roaming around.

The room was decent, and drinking water was provided, but the Wi‑Fi speed in that particular room was not good.
